Matt Capps is reportedly on the Cardinals' radar, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.Capps looks to be an option in case the club is unable to reel in a higher-profile closer, such as Brian Fuentes or JJ Putz. Capps only registered 21 saves while playing for a weak Pirates club in 2008, but maintained a stellar 0.97 WHIP.
