Josh Beckett did not look like himself on Friday. He surrendered five runs on five hits and five walks to the Blue Jays. He fanned nine, but didn't factor in the decision as Boston eventually won 6-5.
Our View: Beckett is in the midst of a very disturbing cold streak. He's allowed seven, eight and five runs respectively in his last three starts. Over that stretch his ERA has ballooned from 3.10 to 3.80.
