Updating previous reports, Colorado Rockies SP Jorge De La Rosa (groin) conducted a 90-minute indoor workout Saturday, Oct. 10, which included a bullpen session, according to Thomas Harding of MLB.com. He is expected to be available if the team advances to the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Denver Post is reporting that Rockies' starter Jorge De La Rosa is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Saturday to test out his injured groin. De La Rosa is hoping to be available for the NLCS if the Rockies can advance.

Our View: We should know more about De La Rosa's status after the bullpen session tomorrow, but he could be a very nice boost to the rotation if the Rockies can manage to upset the Phils and advance. This will mean nothing unless the Rockies win the series, however.
