Rookie David Price made a splash late in the season and in the Rays playoff run and now he is set to make his mark as full time starter, according to MLB.com. Rays' executive vice president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman said, "He's definitely a starter. He's definitely going to be a starter."Price is has an electric fastball and is nasty to left handed hitters. The southpaw appeared in 14 innings and struck out 12 in the regular season. He might be one of those rookies you take late in drafts and hope he pans out.
