Dice-K's final line isn't indicative of how well he pitched, as he surrendered just one run over his first five innings but was chased from the game after allowing two long balls in the sixth. It's the first time in his last six starts that the second-year righty has given up more than two earned runs, a stat that speaks to the dominant stuff he's displayed in recent weeks. Matsuzaka will look to get back on track when he next takes the mound, Aug. 3 against Oakland at Fenway Park.
