Clay Buchholz will work in the Arizona Fall League to further his development, according to the Boston Globe. Players are eligible for the league if they have less than one year of MLB experience. The Sox have generally used it for Double-A players.He threw a no-hitter in 2007, but was a disappointment this season as he went 2-9 over 76 innings, with a 6.75 ERA and 1.76 WHIP. The Sox intend for him to throw 25 innings over a month in the Fall League.
