According to the Boston Globe, the Braves have optioned infielder Brooks Conrad to Triple-A.
Our View: Conrad was sent down to make room for Kelly Johnson, who just completed his rehab stint. The recently demoted infielder was hitting .344 with two homers and eight RBI in his limited time with the Braves.
