Fuentes has earned the save in each of his last seven outings as he's easily posted the highest save total of his career. Even though his 3.93 ERA and 1.40 WHIP are higher than what one would expect from a high-profile closer, the sheer number of his saves have made him among the most valuable firemen in the game.

It didn't look like the Angels would need Fuentes in this one, but Fuentes' co-closer, Kevin Jepsen, allowed two earned on three hits over 1/3 of an inning and necessitated a visit from the most prolific fireman in baseball. Fuentes is flawed, and his peripherals aren't nearly as impressive as Jepsen's, but he has been a solid fantasy closer -- those rocky ERA and WHIP figures aside -- if only because of how many opportunities the Angels have furnished him with.
