Adam Lind was hitting everything in sight on Thursday in the Blue Jays' 6-5 loss to the Angels. Lind went 5-for-5 with three doubles and two runs scored. He is now hitting .313 on the season.

Our View: This guy is a good hitter. Lind has been a surprise to many so far in 2009, and he showed why today as he knocked five hits, with three of them being for extra bases. Lind is still a strong play in all leagues, even though he has slowed down a bit as of late.

Adam Lind (elbow) is hoping to return to action on Saturday. Lind hasn't appeared in a game since taking a Jonathan Papelbon off his right elbow Wednesday. He was still a little sore Friday evening.
